9th National Convention of 2004 On Insights into Managing Competitive Challenges (THE ANNUAL CONVENTION of MIB & MHROD)
The MIB
& MHROD programs of the Department of Commerce organized the 9th
Annual Convention on “Insights into Managing Competitive Challenges” on the 17th & 18th
Dec, 2004 at Hotel Surya Crowne Plaza, New Delhi. The Convention focused on
themes related to human resources on the first day & marketing and
international business on the second day.
The
convention was inaugurated by Major Dalbir Singh, the Guest of honour. The
eminent speakers of the first day included Prof. Lallan Prased, Mr. Binay Kumar, HRD Consultant, NHPC, Mr. Rajnish
General Manager (HR) J K Corp., Dr. V.P. Singh, Executive Director (HR), R.K.J.
Group and Mr. V.C Agarwal, Executive Director (HR). The day also included a
session on Companies Bill with addresses from Prof. S. Sampath, Tax Consultant
and Mr. Sumant Batra, Sr. Partner
